SHIPPING
Your Essential Tees, once ordered, take between 5-7 days to reach you.
You will receive a notification once the order is placed and shipped.



TRACKING
You can track your order once it has been shipped. A notification will be sent with the tracking link.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
At Crew Essentials, we prioritise quality over numbers and practice conscious manufacturing. Being mindful of this we have an exchange policy within 7 days from delivery only in a situation that the product is damaged, when you receive it.
We do not have a return/refund policy, all sales are final.
We request that you thoroughly check the sizes and colours before placing an order.


To request an exchange:

Make sure the Tees are unused and the Tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to a hygiene quality check and approval.

Please use the Crew Essentials box or any sturdy box/envelope to pack your Tee.

Exchange is available only once after purchase.

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service at orders@crewessentials.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once you receive confirmation from us on the exchange request, keep the product packed and ready to be picked up by our reverse logistic partner within the next 3 days.

We process exchanges within 7-10 business days once product is received back to base.
